Anima Italian Bistro is a family owned and operated restaurant,
bar and garden in the eclectic neighborhood of Fort Greene in Brooklyn, NY.
As our name suggests ("anima" means "soul" in Italian), we love to create food
from our soul that will truly feed yours. Our new chef, the much acclaimed Pierluigi "Gigi" Sacchetti, concocts a daily kaleidoscope of velvety homemade pastas,
fresh cuts of meat and fish, and seasonal ingredients to form the perfect meal.
Our daily happy hour - frequented by artists, business professionals,
and of course our beloved neighborhood regulars - provides the perfect opportunity
